And the Vintage Crochet Winner Is....

#20: Regula of Babajezas Wundertüte! Congratulations, Regula. Your magazine and yarn will soon be on their way to beautiful Switzerland. :)

Many thanks to all who entered this giveaway via comments and email. I really enjoyed reading all the lovely things you said about "vintage crochet".

Don't forget: the Apron Strings for MS Give-Back-Away is open until August 28. I'm giving away the original Modern Afternoon Apron which was featured in Vintage Crochet 2016:

This lovely apron is hand- and machine-sewn from pale grey, 100% cotton lawn, trimmed with violet-coloured crochet edging. The wider edging is a reproduction of a pattern originally published in 1912; the narrow pocket edging was designed to complement the vintage pattern.

The apron measures 16½" tall and 32" wide at the hem, gathered to 19½" wide at the waistband. The waistband ties are each about 38" long, so the apron will fit multiple waist sizes.

If you'd like a chance to win the Modern Afternoon Apron, just visit my Bike MS fundraising page (click here or on the blue Bike MS box in the upper right sidebar) and make a donation of ANY AMOUNT to the National MS Society. Small donations are as welcome as large ones! Your money will go straight towards helping people with MS.

So far, 3 generous people have entered the Apron Give-Back-Away. Wouldn't you like to give them a run for their money, and help fight Multiple Sclerosis at the same time? Click here to donate!

:)

  3. Thank you very much. It's a big surprise, as I usually do not win any prizes. :-)
