I have that problem with random dyed yarns too, turning them into stitch just makes little stripes and spots rather than a beautiful blend. I'm looking forward to seeing the slipper pattern, I've never tried Tunisian crochet either.<br />And I SO agree with what you said about blogging and the joy it brings.
