Zero days left in the year.

Zero degrees on the thermometer.

Five miles per hour of wind. Negative twelve degrees of wind chill.

Four layers of clothing. One camera.

One last walk in 2017.

I hope 2017 treated you kindly. Here's to a happy and healthy 2018!

  1. Brave you! Beautiful walk, but brrrr, I do not like to be cold. Blessings for a bright and wonderful year ahead.

  2. Winter is such a beautiful season, well maybe not the minus 20 degrees wind chill you were experiencing. Happy New Year Sue. I hope for health, peace and love for you and your family. Of and some time to play with yarn, that is a must.

  3. One comment from me here...stay warm but keep writing, crocheting, biking and taking photos, but not all at the same time!
    Happy New Year!

  4. Beautiful pictures, but soooooo cold. It's 33º here today and I'm not happy. We're semi-tropical here, not supposed to freeze.

  5. I love your posts. THe full moon was amazing last night and cast a huge light on the snow while we were in the hot tub. (and my hair froze quite literallY)

  6. Brrrrr, but such lovely pictures - that one with the blue shadowed snow between the warm colours of the trees and grasses!

  7. Bravo to you to get out in that freezing weather to get some really neat shots. I love the red berries! I hope you have a fabulous new year! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

  8. Super pictures again, love looking at your weather but will hang on to mine if you don't mind.

Happy New Year to you and your family!

  9. I'm always full of hope at the beginning of a new year. :-) All the best to you and your husband. Hugs, Regula
