Two More Patterns Published :)

If you like lacy crochet, then Love of Crochet's Summer 2014 issue is for you. It's packed with airy, feminine patterns just perfect for warmer weather.

Included in the collection are two projects of mine: the Olive Twist Shawl and the Honeydew Scarf.

Olive Twist, worked in the crisp yet drapey Rowan Creative Linen, features a fun twisted-loop technique and an easy two-row repeat. The pattern can be sized up or down by simply working more or fewer rows.

Starting June 13, the Olive Twist Shawl will be featured as the Summer Crochet-Along pattern on the Love of Knitting Blog (click here for more info; kits are available here).

The Honeydew Scarf, worked in the beautifully soft Valley Yarns Longmeadow, features a quick-growing, leafy openwork pattern with bead-tipped leaves at either end:

The Honeydew Scarf could be easily widened for a lacy wrap by increasing the number of leaves in the starting row.
