Extra Fancy

This batch of apples came home from the grocery store yesterday:

They arrived in a 3-lb bag labelled "Extra Fancy".  Apparently in apple grower lingo "Extra Fancy" means "really small".

They even have a minimum measurement requirement...

but this little guy's cutting it awfully fine.

So what do they call the ones under 2"?

"Lavish"?
