I love eggs and tomatoes! And eggs with salsa and cheese, and eggs with herbs, and eggs with spinach and mushrooms....
I don't have cake for breakfast very often. Only if I'm feeling self-indulgent and we happen to have some around. I like to have something starchy with my eggs, but usually it's oatmeal or toast. Rice sounds very healthy!
I like eggs with chopped tomatoes. But my kids were keen on cake for breakfast! and lunch, and dinner, and midnight snacks...
