Simple Pleasures: Garlic Cream Sauce


They say fat carries flavour (and if so, I must be delicious).  Perhaps that explains the enormously good taste of garlic cream sauce.

Just 2 ingredients - butter and cream - simmered together with garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg - combine to create a lusciously satisfying topping for pasta and sauteed veggies.

A marriage made in heaven

A dusting of shaved Parmesan, chiffonade of basil, and you've got a meal fit for a king.
